- RETURNS will be accepted and refunds will be made within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item according to the following conditions:
- You contact me prior to returning the item with your reason for returning the item.
- The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is carefully returned in the exact condition in which it was sent to you. (For insurance purposes, if the shipping container was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the shipping container prior to removing the item from the package!)
- The item is not contaminated with scents, such as fabric sprays, perfumes, pets, smoke of any kind or smells of any other type.
- The item does not have pet hair on it.
- The item is not soiled in any way.
2. CUSTOM MADE items will require a 50% deposit before item will be made for you.
- Customers wanting a custom made product must sign off in writing on size, choice of materials and design in advance of product being made.
- Remainder of the amount due on custom made items is due within 15 days of customer being notified of completion and before item will be shipped to customer. If remainder of payment for custom made item remains unpaid 30 days after customer is notified item is complete, customer will forfeit all claim to the item.
- Cancellation with refund on custom orders is only permissible before the materials have been purchased or the work has started on the item. After the materials have been purchased or the construction of the item has been started, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. Any materials purchased for the custom project and not used due to cancellation will be sent to the customer unless other arrangements have been made.
- Refunds on custom made products will only be made if a significant defect is found in the workmanship of the item.
